We offer a library of pre-designed homes and ADUs with fully customizable floor plans. If an existing plan doesn’t meet your needs, we can create a completely custom design tailored to your site, budget, and goals.
Our ADU services include both detached units and garage conversions. We also design multifamily residential projects up to four units and two stories.

FARMHOUSE




This 2,000 sf farmhouse-style home features a bright, open main living area with vaulted ceilings and a loft overlooking the space, creating an airy, connected feel. The flexible, customizable floor plan includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, highlighted by a spacious primary suite with a large bedroom and private bath. This 967 sf two-story Malibu Straw ADU is designed as a compact luxury retreat centered on light, wellness, and elevated outdoor living. The open main level blends kitchen, dining, and living into a single, view-oriented space anchored by expansive glazing that captures ocean light throughout the day.
Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexibility for guests, family, or rental use, while a rooftop balcony extends the experience outdoors — creating a private perch above the landscape with panoramic views.
What sets this design apart is its spa-inspired bathing architecture. An integrated indoor–outdoor wellness sequence connects a walk-through glass steam shower to a private exterior spa courtyard enclosed by 7-foot gabion walls, housing a hot tub, cold plunge, and outdoor shower. The rooftop deck offers the opportunity for an additional bath suite, allowing for perched bathing with a view — transforming the home into a true coastal sanctuary.
